Ancient hop and barley cultivations have been recovered near the organic apple trees at the headquarters of the Melise Agricultural Company in Castel del Giudice, becoming the primary ingredients for the first organic beer in Molise.
This project not only brings new hope to the agriculture of the region but also gave birth to the Maltolento brewery, inaugurated in 2019.
