Step by step you will ascend the grand staircase that will lead you to a low archway, typical of Angoino-Catalan architecture.

This will be the beginning of your tour.

An entrance that will take you back in time to when the moat of the building, originally erected in Norman times, was surrounded by water, and access was only possible through a picturesque drawbridge.

You will then continue by stopping at the ancient well, the “Samnite” fountain before entering the noble halls and discovering how the Carafa della Spina family lived.

Prepare to lose yourself in halls with grand fireplaces and wooden ceilings! You will then peep into the palace kitchens, stables, and storerooms, but, most importantly, you will be able to walk the sentry paths, and visit the haunting watchtowers and prisons.
